Last year, we hit a major milestone when JMA staff officially integrated into our Headquarters in Mason. While we’ve been busy merging our teams and systems, one thing remains unchanged: our commitment to the community.

Rooted in the Communities We Serve

While many of our team members are now collaborating under one roof in Mason, our footprint is broader than ever. We are proud to maintain a strong, local presence across the region to stay close to the clients we’ve served for decades.

Our Green Township office remains a vital hub for our Cincinnati operations, and we continue to grow our presence in Mason, Columbus, Dayton, and Covington. Whether we are working from our Mason HQ or one of our regional offices, the energy and collaboration across the entire team this past year have been incredible.

A Fresh Look (and More Room!) for Our Mason Headquarters

As we settled into our shared headquarters, we knew the space needed to grow along with us. We’ve been hard at work making that happen, and we’re excited to share some of the big changes:

An Expanded Footprint: We literally knocked down walls! We’ve taken over the adjacent space formerly leased by our neighbors, significantly increasing our square footage to give our growing team plenty of room to breathe and collaborate.

A Fresh Coat of Paint: We’ve repainted the entire office to give our day-to-day workspace a brighter, modernized, and more welcoming feel.

Bold New Branding: You can’t miss the huge wall graphic in our new conference room! It’s a massive statement piece that brings our company's vision to life right on our walls.

A Dedicated Training Room: To support continuous learning, we’ve used our new space to build a brand-new training area for our growing team. While the tech and seating are ready to go, the walls are still a blank canvas. We’re leaning toward a sports theme, so stay tuned for the final look!

A Huddle Room: Our new go-to spot for casual catch-ups, virtual meetings, quick strategy sessions, or when you just need a quiet corner to lock in and get things done!

A Work in Progress

While the major renovations are finished and we are loving the upgraded layout, we are still putting the finishing touches on the interior decorating to make the space absolutely perfect.

We will be sharing a final "reveal" blog post once every last design detail is in place. Until then, we are just thrilled to be growing and building our future together!
