STW Signal Timing Analysis

TEC was awarded several Statewide Signal Timing Task Orders with ODOT (including the most recent contract for FY 2024). TEC's responsibilities included traffic data collection, traffic modeling, timing plan development and implementation, travel time studies (before and after timing plan implementation), and reporting. Signalized corridors retimed under this contract demonstrated reductions in delay of 10% to 40%. Tasks assigned under these contracts also included traffic signal design–related work.
