This project consisted of improvements to three intersections along Sycamore Road, including Plainfield Road, Blue Ash Road and Kenwood Road. TEC was retained by Sycamore Township to provide roadway design, drainage, ITS, lighting design, pavement markings, right of way plan development, signal timing, surveying, traffic signal design and traffic counts. The construction consisted of a single-lane modern roundabout and sidewalk additions for future connection along the corridor. The existing traffic signal at Kenwood Road was upgraded and the intersection was evaluated for capacity improvements.
