TEC completed a guardrail compliance study and roadside hazard compliance study for all county roads in Summit County. The scope of these studies included 185 lane miles of county road. The objective of Guardrail Compliance studies is to inspect existing guardrail and determine if the guardrail is warranted and compliant. The objective of Roadside Hazard Compliance is to locate and inventory all items that interfere with the Clear Zone specified by the County and include recommended countermeasures to address the roadside hazards that are identified.
