City of Lebanon SS4A Plan

TEC completed an SS4A-funded Safety Action Plan for the City of Lebanon. We conducted a city-wide analysis to identify crash hotspots based on frequency and severity. While the study focused on pedestrians and bicyclists, we also analyzed vehicular safety issues. TEC was responsible for assisting with public involvement, task force meetings, and equity analysis. We developed a prioritized project list based on the frequency and severity of crashes, with a particular emphasis on vulnerable roadway users. Our team also assisted Lebanon with the SS4A application and administration process.
