TEC reviewed the SR 741 and SR 48 interchange, along with several connecting roadways, to review necessary improvements based upon existing traffic, future growth and known future projects. Our team developed a prioritized projects list (based on safety evaluation), recommendations and construction phasing based upon the evaluation. This project reviewed several existing roadway projects that were already planned, in design, or under construction to determine their needs, as well as their impact on adjacent roadways. TEC utilized StreetLight O&D data to determine the routing of vehicles between the two interchanges. Project included the Kings Ave Bridge Replacement, Mercy Hospital Kings Mills Road Improvements, SR 48 Interchange Improvements, US 22 & SR 48 Improvements, Mason Morrow Milgrove Roundabout, Kings Mills Road Interchange Improvements, etc.
