In 2024 TEC conducted a study examining the safety of the existing two-way streets and parking on Castro Lane and Ledro Street. TEC’s scope of work included collecting peak hour traffic counts, observing existing parking spaces, evaluating alternatives, making recommendations, and evaluating the feasibility of one-way conversion. Five alternatives were evaluated for one-way configuration during the course of this project.
