TEC completed four (4) CEAO-funded speed zone studies within Athens County. The study areas included CR 9 (Salem Rd) from Vore Ridge to Lemaster Rd, CR 17 (Fisher Rd) from Pleasonton Rd to US 50, CR 19 (Radford Rd) from US 50 to SR 56, and CR 20 (E Scatter Ridge Rd) from Scatter Ridge Rd to SR 690.
