Rihab Saleh is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of TEC Engineering, Inc., leading the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. She is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, relationship-driven culture that prioritizes strong partnerships with clients, employees, and communities. Under her leadership, TEC continues to grow while maintaining its signature responsive, personal service. Outside the office, Rihab enjoys cooking, playing tennis, spending time with her family, and driving sports cars.
