Edward Williams, PE, PTOE, RSP, IMSA II

Ed Williams is a Senior Vice President at TEC Engineering, Inc., with over 25 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering. Starting as a University of Cincinnati co-op student, he has built his career at TEC, leading major transportation studies, traffic signal systems, and municipal engineering projects. His expertise spans traffic modeling, safety studies, and roadway design. Ed loves guiding projects from funding development through construction for local communities. Outside the office, he enjoys coaching his sons' sports teams and cheering for the Cincinnati Bearcats and Cleveland professional teams. Ed is also a member of ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers), ASHE (American Society of Highway Engineers), IMSA (International Municipal Signal Association), and ITS Midwest Membership Committee
