Jennifer Vatter

Jennifer Vatter is the Vice President of Municipal Services at TEC Engineering, Inc., bringing 30 years of experience working with local governments. Holding degrees from the University of Cincinnati and Miami University, she was a Principal with JMA Consultants, Inc. for nearly 25 years, and joined TEC following the acquisition of JMA in 2023. Jennifer collaborates closely with local leaders to support critical infrastructure initiatives, handling project management and implementation strategies, as well as project financing and grant procurement and administration.  Active in her community, she serves on several boards, including the Western Economic Council, Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals and the Seton High School Board of Directors.
