Michael Hafner, PE, PTOE

Mike Hafner, Vice President of Engineering at TEC Engineering, Inc., brings over 25 years of experience to his role. A University of Cincinnati graduate, Mike leads complex transportation studies, traffic signal design, and roadway improvement efforts. He finds it highly rewarding to solve real-world transportation challenges that improve community safety and mobility. Outside of his engineering work, Mike is an avid hiker, a dedicated Boy Scouts volunteer, and a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the University of Cincinnati Bearcats. He also enjoys the energy of live music and passionately follows the heavy metal scene.
