TEC provided a No Passing Zone Study for all county and township roads in Mercer County. This included 386 county lane miles and 446 township lane miles. The objective of this study was to collect centerline pavement markings and create logbooks containing the most up-to-date record of markings and recommendations to comply with ODOT standards.
