D08 Signals with ROW (PID 94749)
TEC completed signal upgrades for 10 intersections in ODOT District 8. Our team performed preliminary engineering based on ODOT standards. TEC utilized the ODOT PDP that includes regular communication among technical disciplines, results in quality plans and minimizes cost overruns during right-of-way acquisition and project construction.
