Andrea Harth is Vice President of Operations at TEC Engineering, with over 21 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering. She was drawn to traffic engineering because it allows her to make a meaningful impact in a relatively short period of time—helping improve safety, operations, and everyday travel for the communities TEC serves.
Throughout her career, Andrea has been motivated by the opportunity to fully understand projects from start to finish. One of her favorite aspects of the work is getting into the details, knowing a project inside and out, and having the confidence to clearly answer questions and guide decisions. At TEC, her experience spans traffic impact studies, safety studies, interchange modification studies, signal operations, and transportation planning for municipal and state clients.
Andrea values work that is thoughtful, practical, and collaborative, and she enjoys helping teams deliver solutions that are both effective and implementable.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, attending Broadway musicals, and watching her children participate in sports, music, and theater. She is a lifelong Oakwood resident, a fan of FC Cincinnati, and can happily rewatch just about any Marvel movie.
