Sara Senger is the Director of Traffic Services at TEC Engineering, with 22 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering. She joined TEC following her college graduation and has built her career focused on traffic impact studies and improving roadway safety and operations.

At TEC, she leads traffic impact studies, along with traffic signal system analysis and design, signal timing development, access management studies, safety studies, interchange modification studies, and transportation planning projects. She has extensive experience with traffic modeling tools including Synchro, HCS, SIDRA, VISSIM, and VISUM, as well as Intelligent Transportation Systems planning and design.

Sara is motivated by projects that positively impact her community, particularly those that make roads safer and more efficient. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors running, hiking, skiing, and biking, and reading when she can. She is a Dayton Flyers basketball season ticket holder and enjoys visiting local breweries—her Dayton favorite is Branch & Bone Artisan Ales.
