Dylan Osborn, PE, PTOE

Dylan Osborn serves as the Director of Municipal Services at TEC Engineering, Inc., with over 12 years of experience. An Ohio University graduate, Dylan has spent his entire career at TEC since joining in 2014. He excels at helping local communities identify transportation challenges, secure funding, and see projects through to construction. Outside of work, Dylan is a proud dad to three daughters and enjoys serving at his church, golfing, and cheering for the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Reds. Dylan is a member of the Municipal Engineers Association of Ohio (MEAO)  and Public Works Officials of Southwest Ohio (PWOSO).
