Roadway/Highway Geometric Design
TEC has ample experience in roadway and highway design as a prime contractor and supporting subcontractor. Numerous staff engineers at TEC specialize in roadway geometric design, storm water facility design, right of way plan development, and maintenance of traffic.

We can internally address most aspects of our clients’ non-complex roadway design projects, such as intersection design/upgrade, roadway widening, lane additions, interstate ramps, etc..

Right of Way Plan Development
Right of way plans are an essential part of roadway construction plans. A Right of Way Plan provides information to define the extent of right of way required in order to construct and maintain a highway. Right of Way Plan Development requires specialized knowledge in both the right of way field and the land surveying profession.

TEC is pre-qualified by the Ohio Department of Transportation in Right of Way Plan Development and Right of Way Plan Review. Our experienced Chief Professional Surveyor, Mr. Val Goldfeder, P.S., has prepared right of way plans for many roadway/highway construction projects in accordance with ODOT’s Right of Way Plan Manual, including all associated property research and legal documentation.
