SSO SEWER REPLACEMENT, CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Client: JJG/Jacobs Engineering, Inc. TEC performed topographic surveying of 19,000 feet of proposed sewer line along Great Miami River including two river crossings, compiling existing base maps, performing property research, and preparing legal descriptions and easement plats.
HANES ROAD WIDENING Client: City of Beavercreek TEC was responsible for the survey and design for the widening of approximately 600linear feet of Hanes Road to add a left turn lane and new traffic signal at the Kemp Road intersection. The project also included design of subsurface storm sewer system; additional 300 linear feet of curb and sidewalk connecting to residential neighborhood; and right-of-way plan and legal description preparation. Project is currently under production and is scheduled for construction in the Autumn of 2011.
BORMAN EXPRESSWAY FREEWAY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Client: Indiana Department of Transportation TEC Engineering was responsible for GPS locating and inventorying of existing field devices and conduit locations, as well as site surveying for 14 proposed Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) installations for the expansion of INDOT’s Borman Expressway Freeway Management System in Northwest Indiana.
RIDGELAND PLACE STORM SEWER REPLACEMENT Client: Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati
TEC Engineering was responsible for conducting a topographic survey of 300 LF on Cypress Way and 300 LF on Attica Avenue for the design of a new storm sewer. In addition, TEC designed 350 LF of permanent and temporary easements along Attica Avenue.
SOCIALVILLE-FOSTER ROAD WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT DESIGN Client: Greater Cincinnati Water Works TEC Engineering was responsible for responsible for conducting a topographic survey and base map for the design of a 2,950 ft water main replacement along Socialville-Foster Road.
