TEC provided the Village of Glendale with a comprehensive land use report for the 115-acre Landmark Property development, located between Sharon Road and Glendale-Milford Road. This report detailed the different land use possibilities and transportation needs for the development, given the overall characteristics of the area. Trips were generated based on the proposed land uses and were then distributed to the existing network. Furthermore, TEC used the trip generations along with projected future volumes to conduct a traffic analysis. The evaluation was used to determine improvement recommendations, which consisted of potential access point locations on Sharon Road, Chester Road and Glendale-Milford Road; intersection improvements at the Oak Road and Chester Road crossing; and a proposed North/South connector.
